TransStart? FastPfu DNA Polymerase 是用于快速PCR的熱啟動高保真DNA聚合酶，TransStart? FastPfu DNA Polymerase擴(kuò)增效率高、擴(kuò)增速度快(4 kb/min，是普通Pfu酶的8倍)，克服了普通Pfu酶擴(kuò)增效率低、產(chǎn)量低和擴(kuò)增速度慢(0.5 kb/min)的缺陷，極大地縮短了反應(yīng)時間。
· 保真性是EasyTaq? DNA Polymerase的54倍。
· 擴(kuò)增產(chǎn)物為平端，可直接克隆于pEASY?-Blunt系列載體中。
