本試劑盒利用異硫氰酸胍法溶膠，利用硅膠膜離心柱特異地吸附DNA，適用于從TAE或TBE瓊脂糖凝膠中回收DNA片段，操作簡單快速。用本試劑盒純化得到的DNA可用于酶切、連接、克隆、測序等多種操作。
