HRP(辣根過(guò)氧化物酶)可催化ECL等化學(xué)發(fā)光試劑產(chǎn)生化學(xué)反應(yīng)發(fā)光，或催化DAB、TMB等底物顯色。HRP標(biāo)記山羊抗小鼠IgG (H+L)抗體為高純度的小鼠抗體，可特異識(shí)別小鼠IgG重鏈和輕鏈，而對(duì)其它種屬IgG無(wú)明顯交叉反應(yīng)，具有本底低、靈敏度高等特點(diǎn)，適用于Western Blot、ELISA等檢測(cè)。
